Teacher–Parents Meetings

Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you that the upcoming teacher–parents meetings will follow the procedures outlined below:

• Only the parents of students for whom a meeting is considered necessary will receive an appointment directly from the school or from the teachers.

• Parents who wish to request an additional meeting with one or more teachers may book an appointment independently through the Argo portal, selecting from the times made available by each teacher.

This system allows us to ensure targeted and effective meetings, while respecting everyone’s time and supporting constructive dialogue and active collaboration between school and families.

Gentili Genitori,

vi informiamo che, in vista dei prossimi incontri scuola–famiglia, gli appuntamenti saranno organizzati secondo le seguenti modalità:

• Solo i genitori degli studenti per i quali si ritiene necessario un colloquio riceveranno un appuntamento direttamente da parte della scuola o degli insegnanti.

• I genitori che desiderano richiedere un incontro aggiuntivo con uno o più docenti potranno prenotarsi autonomamente tramite il portale Argo, scegliendo tra gli orari disponibili per ciascun insegnante.

Questa modalità permette di garantire incontri mirati, efficaci e rispettosi dei tempi di tutti, assicurando un dialogo costruttivo e una collaborazione attiva tra scuola e famiglie.
