International School of Lago Patria to offer world-class Cambridge secondary curriculum
International School of Lago Patria has been approved by Cambridge International Examinations to offer its world-class Cambridge programme. The school joins over 10,000 other schools in over 160 countries around the world that have chosen Cambridge.
The Cambridge programme for students aged 11 to 19 is made up of three parts: Cambridge Secondary 1, Cambridge Secondary 2 and Cambridge Advanced. Each part of the programme combines a world-class curriculum, high-quality support for teachers and integrated assessment.
Cambridge Secondary 2 leads to Cambridge IGCSE, the world’s most popular international qualification for 14 to 16 year olds. Cambridge Advanced students take Cambridge International AS & A Level. The programmes develop deep understanding of subjects and independent thinking skills. Success in Cambridge programmes often gives students admission to the world’s best universities in the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, Germany and beyond.
Michael O’Sullivan, Chief Executive of Cambridge International Examinations, said: “We are delighted to announce that International School of Lago Patria has joined our global community of Cambridge schools and we look forward to a long and productive relationship with them”
